Founded in 1965, Fresno EOC (Economic Opportunities Commission) has been transforming lives for over 50 years. As one of the largest Community Action Agencies in the United States, Fresno EOC employs more than 1,200 staff members who are dedicated to helping underserved individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency.
With over 30 programs, Fresno EOC bridges gaps in education, employment, healthcare, housing, and nutrition. Our mission is rooted in the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, which sought to ensure fair opportunities for all Americans. Today, Fresno EOC continues to be a driving force for equity, creating solutions that lift communities out of poverty.
