AIDS Foundation of Chicago
Description
Founded in 1985 by physicians, advocates, and community leaders, AIDS Foundation Chicago (AFC) has been at the forefront of supporting the HIV community for more than four decades. AFC remains dedicated to ending the HIV epidemic and ensuring that every person affected by HIV/AIDS has access to safe, stable housing and comprehensive care in Chicago and beyond. Through advocacy, prevention programs, direct services, and community engagement, AFC continues to be a critical force for equity, justice, and health for vulnerable populations. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports this important movement—together, we are building a future where HIV is no longer a threat and all individuals can live with dignity and hope.
