The Downtown San Diego Partnership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to being the principal voice and driving force behind the economic prosperity and cultural vibrancy of Downtown San Diego. It manages several special districts, including the Property and Business Improvement District—popularly known as the Clean & Safe program—which delivers essential public services across 275 city blocks in the downtown area.

With nearly 300 members representing diverse business sectors such as real estate, technology, banking, law, defense, insurance, communications, energy, and tourism, the Partnership fosters collaboration to nurture a thriving downtown that benefits the entire San Diego region. Their efforts focus on creating a safe, clean, and vibrant urban core, attracting investment, supporting local businesses, and enhancing the quality of life for residents, workers, and visitors alike.
