The Bridge Home
Description
The Bridge Home is a well-established nonprofit organization founded in 1985 and dedicated to bridging the gap between homelessness and permanent housing for individuals and families in the Two Rivers Region. As the only organization in this area devoted exclusively to ending homelessness, The Bridge Home offers a full continuum of care—from emergency shelter to long-term housing support. Last year alone, The Bridge Home served over 2,800 individuals, provided more than 10,000 nights of shelter, and distributed nearly 23,000 meals. Our services include outreach, case management, education, and skill-building programs designed to empower clients to overcome barriers and transition successfully into stable housing. With a commitment to compassion and respect, The Bridge Home creates pathways to independence and long-lasting solutions, ensuring every person facing homelessness has access to safety, dignity, and hope for a brighter future.
