The Butte Countywide Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) is a collaborative multi-agency planning body committed to ending homelessness in Butte County. The CoC oversees the development and implementation of a coordinated housing and service system designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness throughout the region.
