Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care (CoC)
Our purpose is to lead the Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care (CoC) through collaboration with a broad network of agencies, dedicated to developing innovative and effective solutions to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Hillsborough County. We work in close partnership with homeless service providers, government officials, advocates, business leaders, community members, and individuals experiencing homelessness to mobilize and coordinate comprehensive systems of care. Our collective efforts focus on preventing homelessness before it starts and providing rapid, supportive interventions to those at risk. By engaging on local, regional, and national levels, we foster an integrated approach that strengthens the entire continuum of services and ensures that every person facing housing insecurity receives the care, resources, and support necessary to regain stability and independence.
