Description

Our organization is driven by a clear vision and a faith-led mission to address homelessness and housing insecurity in the Volusia and Flagler County areas. Leveraging our extensive nonprofit leadership and homeless advocacy experience, we are dedicated to creating a groundbreaking solution: the Volusia-Seminole County Tiny Home Village. This innovative project aims to provide truly affordable, safe, and dignified housing rentals for the most vulnerable populations in the Daytona Beach community, including very low-income veterans and elderly individuals facing homelessness.

Recognizing the critical shortage of realistic and accessible housing options for these groups, our Tiny Home Village is designed to fill the gap left by traditional government affordable housing programs. While government initiatives often take years to develop, are hampered by complex bureaucracy, and frequently encounter Not In My Backyard (NIMBY) opposition, our approach offers a timely, compassionate, and practical alternative. Tiny homes offer an affordable housing solution that is both scalable and sustainable, providing residents with a stable place to call home while they rebuild their lives.

Our faith-driven initiative not only focuses on housing but also promotes community, support, and empowerment, creating a nurturing environment where residents can thrive. Through the Volusia-Seminole County Tiny Home Village, we are committed to transforming lives, reducing homelessness, and strengthening the fabric of the Daytona Beach area community. Join us in supporting this vital mission to provide affordable housing solutions that truly make a difference for those who need it most.
