Changing Homelessness

Changing Homelessness serves as the lead agency for HUD’s Continuum of Care in Northeast Florida, coordinating funding, housing services, and collaboration among local organizations responding to homelessness. The organization also manages the Continuum of Care’s Homeless Management Information System and provides training and technical support for agencies delivering direct services.

Its programs include Supportive Services for Veteran Families, which helps eligible veteran households experiencing or at risk of homelessness with housing search, case management, benefits connections, and other supportive resources.
