Hope & Harmony’s Full Plate Project helps older adults connect with food assistance. Findhelp lists CalFresh application support, fresh-food resource coordination, food-bank referrals, meal and grocery delivery coordination, and connections to hot-meal programs. The service is listed as free.

This is a resource-navigation and coordination program, not a listing for direct food pickup or a guaranteed delivery. Findhelp identifies house- or bed-bound adults age 55 and older experiencing financial hardship, chronic illness or food insecurity. Listed service areas include the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys, South LA, Westside LA, Downtown, Central, Northeast and East LA, South Bay and the Harbor Area.
