Avivo Village

Avivo Village is a low-barrier, culturally responsive shelter in Minneapolis for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. The program provides private living spaces and a supportive environment designed to help residents move toward permanent housing.

Through case management and connections to community resources, Avivo Village uses trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches informed by harm reduction and Housing First. Avivo also pairs housing and shelter services with medical care, treatment, employment services, and training based on individual needs.
