Description

YouthLink serves young people ages 16–24 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Twin Cities. Through its Youth Opportunity Center and related services, the organization helps youth address immediate needs such as meals, showers, and clothing while connecting with case managers or youth advocates about housing, education, and other support.

YouthLink also connects young people with physical and mental health care and helps them navigate shelter options, housing applications, and local housing programs. Staff can assist with the Hennepin County Coordinated Entry process used for referrals to YouthLink housing programs. Its housing work includes supportive apartment buildings and scattered-site units, with services such as case management, counseling, a food pantry, and employment support.

For program details and ways to connect, visit YouthLink’s official website. People seeking broader assistance can also explore Minnesota homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources.
