Description

Bennington County Coalition for the Homeless (BCCH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Bennington, Vermont, dedicated to providing safe shelter, food, and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Since 2000, BCCH has offered two year-round shelters—a family shelter and an adult-only shelter—along with outreach case management for those living unhoused in the community.
Our programs go beyond emergency shelter. We provide financial literacy, credit repair, budgeting support, housing navigation, and employment readiness training, equipping guests with tools for long-term stability.
Guided by respect, compassion, and collaboration, BCCH’s mission is to empower community members toward sustainable housing and a brighter future, while working with local partners to break the cycle of homelessness in Bennington County.
