Beth-El Center

Beth-El Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Milford, Connecticut, providing emergency shelter, meals, and support services to individuals, families, and veterans experiencing homelessness and hunger. Its mission centers dignity and respect while connecting people with housing, food, and support services.

Its core programs include emergency shelter, community kitchen meals, permanent supportive housing, outreach and engagement, diversion and homelessness-prevention support, and an overnight warming center for unsheltered people during cold weather. Case management helps residents work toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Beth-El Center also collaborates with municipalities and community partners to coordinate responses to homelessness and housing insecurity.
