Broward Partnership is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to reducing homelessness in Broward County by promoting independence, self-worth, and stability through comprehensive advocacy, housing, and supportive services. As the largest provider of homeless services in the region, Broward Partnership operates key facilities including the Central Homeless Assistance Center in Fort Lauderdale and the North Homeless Assistance Center in Pompano Beach, offering vital street outreach, emergency shelter beds, and permanent housing interventions. In Spring 2023, Broward Partnership, in collaboration with Green Mills Group, completed the construction of Seven on Seventh—a 72-unit mixed-use affordable housing development adjacent to the Central Homeless Assistance Center. This project serves low-income and formerly homeless individuals and families, generating an estimated $1.5 million annual positive economic impact on the local community. By reducing housing costs and providing comprehensive supportive services including educational training and workforce development, Seven on Seventh enhances residents’ health, well-being, and economic opportunities.
