City Mission of Findlay provides compassionate support for people experiencing homelessness through emergency shelter, nourishment, and pathways toward greater stability. Its low-barrier shelter is designed to reduce obstacles to accessing a safe place to rest and a warm meal, welcoming people without judgment or discrimination.
The reSTART Program helps guests work toward personal goals through advocacy, life-skills education, service assignments, and opportunities to develop employable skills. The program can be tailored to individual circumstances, including challenges related to addiction or mental health.
City Mission also connects individuals and families with professional counseling, support groups, treatment programs, and other mental-health and recovery resources through local community partnerships.
