Community Shelter Board (CSB) leads the coordinated response to homelessness in Franklin County and the Central Ohio region. Founded in 1986, it serves as a convener, funder, and strategist for the homelessness response system, bringing organizations and public and private partners together around shared housing solutions.
CSB supports a coordinated network providing homelessness prevention, emergency shelter, street outreach, rapid rehousing, diversion and coordinated entry, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing. Its work also includes aligning strategy, funding, accountability, and data practices to strengthen the system and promote measurable impact.
