Description

Since 1989, East Bay Coalition for the Homeless has helped Rhode Island families facing housing instability, debt, or homelessness move toward greater stability. The program connects families with children to safe, affordable housing along with individualized case management, financial counseling, and referrals to mainstream resources.

Services are designed to help families develop the skills and support needed to achieve and maintain financial stability. Assistance may be provided through East Bay Community Action Program’s in-house services or referral network, depending on each family’s needs.

Located at 100 Bullocks Point Avenue in East Providence, the coalition is part of the region’s broader housing-support network. Visit the official East Bay Coalition for the Homeless page for current program details. For additional guidance, see NHREA’s Rhode Island homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources.
