Description

Family Tree partners with people to prevent and overcome interconnected challenges involving child abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness, with an emphasis on safety, healing, and stability across generations.

Its Homelessness Program supports individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness through case management, housing navigation and placement assistance, connections to community resources, and education and employment guidance. Services described by the organization also include homelessness prevention, rental and utility assistance, crisis resources, and problem-solving support.

Family Tree’s Housing Program includes rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, and Marshall Street Landing. Across its programs, the organization uses a client-centered, trauma-informed, and multigenerational approach to connect people with integrated support.
