The Action Center

The Action Center connects Lakewood neighbors with practical support during times of hardship. Its free food and clothing markets are designed to help people meet immediate needs with dignity and choice, while resource navigation helps individuals identify services and create a plan toward greater stability.

Support includes one-on-one conversations with Resource Navigators, family coaching, support groups, and assistance exploring government benefits, nonprofit programs, and tax credits.
