HABcore

HABcore provides permanent, supportive, and affordable housing for veterans, families, and individuals with special needs. Its housing programs include congregate living homes and the Independence Pathways Program, which combines housing with coordinated support for people facing chronic health challenges, homelessness, or housing instability.

Services may include case management, benefits access, daily living skills, budgeting and credit counseling, employment preparation, housing navigation, tenant-landlord mediation, and connections to community resources. HABcore also operates an adult emergency shelter in Monmouth County with supportive services intended to help people work toward housing.
