HEP (Homeless Empowerment Program) is a trusted 501(c)(3) charitable organization that has served the homeless and low-income communities of Florida since 1986. With a mission centered on self-sufficiency, dignity, and lasting change, HEP offers a full continuum of care—including housing, food, clothing, and supportive services—for individuals, families, and Veterans.
