Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System

Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS) is a homeless services agency serving South Los Angeles, Paramount, Compton, and Lynwood within Service Planning Area 6. Its work combines outreach, access points, coordinated entry, and supportive services intended to reduce barriers to housing and related assistance.

Through its supportive services, HOPICS helps connect clients with benefits advocacy, case management, health and behavioral health resources, employment assistance, job-readiness support, and supplemental needs such as nutrition, hygiene, storage, household items, and clothing.

HOPICS also provides and partners on interim and bridge housing, including programs designed for people with specific support needs, while helping residents work toward permanent housing. Its access centers support coordinated entry for single adults and families and may also connect people with prevention, behavioral health, and other wraparound services.
