Located in Morristown, Homeless Solutions is a private nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in Morris County. Founded in 1983, it offers a continuum of housing and supportive services designed to help individuals and families work toward lasting housing stability.
Programs include shelter, transitional housing, supportive housing, and housing retention services. After guests leave shelter or transitional housing, Housing Retention Services can continue providing support focused on maintaining life skills, managing finances, and building on the stability developed through the organization’s programs. Homeless Solutions also includes a Women’s Campus where single women can live in shared housing with case-management support.
The Transitional Housing Program provides structured housing, case management, skill-building, life-skills classes, on-site childcare during those classes, and individual career and financial coaching. Visit the Homeless Solutions website to review program information and confirm current details. Additional resources are available through NHREA’s New Jersey homeless assistance guide and federal assistance resources.
