LifeMoves

LifeMoves is dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness move toward stable, self-sufficient housing. Its work combines emergency interim housing with food, clothing, intensive case management, and other supportive services designed to address immediate needs while helping clients pursue longer-term stability.

Through residential programs and community outreach, LifeMoves offers personalized support that can include housing navigation, employment and benefits assistance, education workshops, and behavioral health services. Its outreach work connects with people where they are and includes services in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Programs are tailored to varied client needs, including adults, families, Veterans, seniors, and LGBTQ+ community members.
