Sunnyvale Community Services

Sunnyvale Community Services is a nonprofit organization helping individuals and families facing hunger, housing instability, and financial hardship in the Sunnyvale area. Its food and nutrition programs provide grocery assistance, a self-select pantry for unhoused neighbors, and home delivery for seniors and others who cannot travel to onsite services.

The organization also participates in Santa Clara County’s Homelessness Prevention System, which connects eligible households at risk of losing housing with rental and financial assistance, legal support, case management, and related services.
