Pathfinders provides safety, hope, and healing for youth and young adults through programs focused on housing stability, basic needs, mental wellness, crisis intervention, education, employment, and life skills. Young people help shape these programs so they reflect their experiences and remain useful to their peers.
Services include emergency shelter for youth ages 11–17, crisis counseling for youth ages 18–21, housing support and homelessness prevention, community mental wellness support, and connections to outside resources. Pathfinders also provides anti-sexual-violence services and supports young people experiencing trafficking. Visit Pathfinders’ services page for more information.
For broader housing guidance, see NHREA’s Wisconsin homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources. Visit Pathfinders’ help page to confirm current program details and connection options.
