Description

Project Homeless Connect Washington County connects people experiencing homelessness with services that support movement from crisis toward stability. Its work includes outreach, an access center, shelter, housing case management, and community resource events that connect people with practical support and referrals.

PHC’s shelter program includes congregate and non-congregate options, meals, showers, laundry, and connections to health and community partners. The organization also describes severe-weather shelters that provide refuge when conditions become dangerous.

Housing services include short-term housing liaison support, rapid rehousing with case management and temporary rental assistance, and longer-term housing case management connected with county programs.
