RoseVilla has been family owned and operated since 1984.
We operate five Residential Care Facilities providing long-term residential care and emergency housing services specifically for Veterans.
Our facilities are licensed by the City of Topeka, the Kansas Department for Children and Families, and the Veterans Administration. Our dedicated support staff includes two Owner/Operators, licensed social workers, case managers, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs, and caregivers.
RoseVilla maintains ongoing daily communication with various Veterans Administration support teams to ensure continuous, coordinated care for our residents.
