Our workforce development programs are built on HUD’s Work Readiness Model, connecting shelter guests to pre-employment training, education, and personal development opportunities. We also partner with local service providers to offer access to medical and mental health resources, as well as substance use counseling and treatment. Through this holistic strategy, we provide a clear path from crisis to self-reliance, ensuring that every individual has the support they need to rebuild their lives.
