Description

Texas Homeless Network (THN), located at 3001 S I-35 in Austin, works to end homelessness through education, resources, advocacy, and collaboration with communities across Texas. Its work supports stronger homelessness-response systems and expanded pathways toward housing stability.

THN also operates the Texas Homeless Data Sharing Network, a statewide effort that connects homelessness databases across Continuums of Care. The network is designed to improve information sharing among service providers and other community partners while supporting research, strategic planning, and policy development.

THN does not directly provide services, but its Find Help Texas resource page connects people with housing, food, health care, financial assistance, and other assistance. For additional guidance, see NHREA’s Texas homeless assistance resources and federal assistance resources. Visit the official THN website to confirm current program information.
