We Care Program Turlock

We Care Program Turlock provides shelter and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness in the Turlock community. Its programs include transitional and emergency shelter, day center resources, and coordination with other agencies to help participants work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

The organization also provides permanent supportive housing for people experiencing chronic homelessness, combining long-term affordable housing with case management and related support. Its affordable housing program includes apartments and houses intended to provide longer-term options for low-income families in the community.

We Care’s housing assistance efforts are designed to help eligible individuals and households move from homelessness into permanent housing, with support that may include security deposits, first month’s rent, and utility deposits.
