Description

Wings Advocacy Fresno is a Fresno-based 501(c)(3) organization and project of WestCare California. Founded in 2013 and incorporated in 2016, its mission centers on affirming every person’s right to shelter and supporting people who have recently obtained housing, including families, veterans, individuals, students, and women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Through community donations and volunteer service, Wings collects gently used home furnishings and prepares them for delivery, along with new mattresses and pillows. Volunteers sort, stage, clean, and deliver requested household goods, helping furnish homes with practical items that support a more stable transition into housing. Community members can support the organization through household-goods or financial donations and volunteer service.
