HELP Now AZ

HELP Now AZ works to change the cycle of homelessness through children by providing immediate aid and comfort, promoting awareness, and advancing education for people who have experienced homelessness. Its stated vision centers on restoring dignity and hope to people in the community.

One focus is HelpSnackz, a program addressing hunger gaps for at-risk, displaced, and homeless children. HELP Now AZ works with school districts’ homeless liaisons to identify schools and students needing support, then distributes snack bags filled with nutritious snacks and decorated with positive affirmations. Community members can support this work through sponsorship and volunteer opportunities, including assembling and decorating bags.

HELP Now AZ also describes Project R.E.A.C.H.—React, Educate, Action, Care, Hope—as an outreach program supporting homelessness prevention, education, and food assistance for hungry children.
