Community Action Partnership of Solano JPA

Community Action Partnership of Solano, Joint Powers Authority (CAP Solano JPA), coordinates homeless and safety-net services in Solano County from its Fairfield office at 675 Texas St. Its work includes community planning and service coordination related to housing and homelessness.

Through Resource Connect Solano, people experiencing homelessness can be connected with housing and supportive-service programs through the county’s Coordinated Entry System. CAP Solano JPA also provides community resource information covering housing, legal services, behavioral health, food, shelter, veteran support, and other assistance available through local providers.
