Located in Huntsville, Downtown Rescue Mission has served North Alabama and South Tennessee for more than 50 years. The Mission provides compassionate support for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness, including emergency services, meals, lodging, and life transformation programs.

Its programs include counseling, case management, mentoring, professional and life-skills training, employment and housing support, and aftercare counseling. The Mission also connects people with medical services through onsite clinics and a mobile medical unit, while community benevolence efforts provide food and clothing to local residents facing hardship.
