Project Homeless Connect
Description
Project Homeless Connect Washington County is dedicated to ending homelessness through compassionate, comprehensive services. Our programs include a street outreach team, an access center, peer mentoring, year-round non-congregate shelters, inclement weather shelters, diverse housing programs, and collaborative one-day resource events designed to connect individuals with vital support.
Guided by trauma-informed care, a strong Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) framework, and the latest best practices, we strive to create lasting change and improve the lives of those we serve. Together, we are building a community where everyone has access to safe, stable housing and the resources needed to thrive.
