For more than 120 years, Goodwill Rescue Mission has been a cornerstone of compassion in Newark and Northern New Jersey. As one of the state’s oldest faith-based rescue missions, we are dedicated to serving neighbors experiencing homelessness, hunger, and crisis by providing meals, shelter, and essential emergency services. Our mission is rooted in demonstrating God’s love by meeting immediate needs and offering pathways to dignity, stability, and hope.
Through partnerships with local leaders, churches, corporations, schools, and caring individuals, Goodwill Rescue Mission ensures that those in need have free access to life-saving resources, including food, clothing, and safe shelter.
