New Visions Homeless Services (MOHMS Place)

New Visions Homeless Services operates MOHMS Place at 1435 N 15th St in Council Bluffs, providing emergency shelter for men experiencing homelessness in and around the Council Bluffs and Omaha area. Services include a safe environment with shower and meal access, counseling and therapy referrals, housing resources, income and employment assistance, workforce development, and on-site health services.

New Visions combines immediate basic-needs support with case management and connections to housing, employment, mental health, and community resources. Its programs also include street outreach and education and employment services that help people work toward stable housing and greater independence.
