Since 1963, the Community Renewal Team (CRT) has served as the designated community action agency for Hartford and Middlesex Counties, helping thousands of residents take significant steps toward healthier and more economically stable lives. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we are dedicated to addressing critical challenges like hunger, homelessness, unemployment, and poverty through strong partnerships with local elected officials, funders, businesses, and community members.
