Community & Home Supports Inc

Community & Home Supports (CHS) works with people experiencing homelessness and households at risk of housing instability in Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park. Its mission focuses on helping people without a home and expanding access to safe housing and supportive resources.

Services described by CHS include needs assessment, assistance with essential documents, financial literacy, nutrition and wellness classes, job readiness and employment assistance, and referrals to health, behavioral health, and other community services.
