JOURNEYS | The Road Home

JOURNEYS | The Road Home is a nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in 37 towns across north and northwest suburban Cook County and southern Lake County, Illinois. The organization combines shelter, social services, and housing resources with client assessment, individualized support, and community involvement.

Its programs include PADS Shelters, The HOPE Center supportive services, and Pathways Housing Readiness. PADS Shelters provide overnight shelter and meals, while the On-Site Shelter Program offers a place to stay along with counseling, workshops, and other services for people who may have difficulty accessing PADS locations.
