Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition

Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition is the Lead Agency for the TN-500 Continuum of Care, coordinating efforts to reduce and end homelessness across Southeast Tennessee. The Coalition brings service providers together to strengthen housing support and promote stability, dignity, and a future where homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring.

The organization manages the region’s Homeless Management Information System and Coordinated Entry System, helping agencies coordinate care, assess needs, prioritize referrals, and connect people with appropriate housing and services. It also uses homelessness data, including By-Name List and Point-in-Time Count information, to identify needs and guide community decisions.

Administered by the Coalition, the Housing Forward Fund helps address barriers to stable housing in Chattanooga and Hamilton County, including rental arrears, utility payments, security deposits, moving costs, and short-term rental assistance.
