Description

At the Louisville Coalition for the Homeless, we believe that housing is a basic human right. Our mission is to prevent and end homelessness in Louisville, Kentucky through advocacy, education, and coordination of services among our member agencies.

As a unifying force, the Coalition brings together local nonprofits, faith-based groups, and government partners to create a comprehensive, community-wide response to homelessness. We promote evidence-based strategies that focus on prevention, rapid rehousing, and long-term stability for individuals and families in crisis.

Our vision is a Louisville where no one has to live or die on the streets—a city where every person has access to safe, affordable, and quality housing. Through policy change, awareness campaigns, and strategic alignment of services, we are working every day to build a more just and compassionate community for all.
