Clinical and Support Options Inc. originated as the Franklin County Mental Health Association in 1955, founded by 22 dedicated citizens focused on addressing the mental health needs of families in Franklin County. Today, the organization employs nearly 700 multidisciplinary professionals serving thousands of families throughout Western Massachusetts and the North Quabbin region. With a strong commitment to holistic, integrated care, Clinical and Support Options offers a “one-stop” model that addresses complex behavioral health and disability challenges. Through collaboration with community partners and a dedication to service excellence, the organization supports individuals and families on their journey to self-sufficiency. Their experienced leadership and comprehensive programs ensure that no person is left without quality care, regardless of the difficulties they face.
