Baltimore Outreach Services provides residential shelter and supportive services for women and their children experiencing homelessness in Baltimore City. Its program offers a safe, supportive setting where families can rest, recover, and begin working toward long-term safety, stability, and independence.
Through individualized case management and housing placement assistance, families receive support related to housing, employment, education, health, behavioral wellness, parenting, financial stability, and other personal goals. Services also include wellness programming, parenting support, educational advocacy, tutoring, early-childhood activities, and enrichment designed to support children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
