Project Plase
Description
Project PLASE (People Lacking Ample Shelter and Employment) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing homelessness through temporary housing, permanent supportive housing, and wraparound services for homeless adults and families. We focus on serving the most vulnerable and underserved populations, including individuals living with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, addiction, developmental disabilities, and those reentering society after incarceration.
At Project PLASE, we believe in treating, restoring, and rehabilitating the whole person. Our goal is to empower each individual to reach their highest level of independence and stability, breaking the cycles of poverty and homelessness.
Our Philosophy
We are committed to standing with marginalized and underprivileged individuals and families who face barriers to resources and opportunities. Through advocacy, case management, and access to critical resources, Project PLASE provides not just housing, but a pathway to hope, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
By addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions, Project PLASE helps transform lives and strengthens the Baltimore community.
