Building Futures

Building Futures works with underserved individuals and families in Alameda County affected by homelessness or domestic violence. As a Housing First agency, it focuses on helping people move toward stable housing through shelter, housing navigation, rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and advocacy.

Its services include emergency and interim shelter, street outreach, housing resource navigation, and supportive services for survivors of domestic violence. Building Futures also connects people with health, behavioral-health, employment, and other community resources that can support long-term housing stability.
