California Housing Partnership

Created by the California Legislature in 1988, the California Housing Partnership is a private nonprofit organization with a public mission to create and preserve affordable, sustainable homes for Californians with low incomes. Through hands-on technical assistance and policy leadership, it provides financial and policy solutions to nonprofit housing providers and public partners.

The Partnership works with nonprofit developers, local governments, public agencies, and tenant advocates on strategies that preserve long-term affordability and expand access to housing.
