Based in Hartford, the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness serves as the backbone agency for CT CAN End Homelessness, a statewide campaign focused on preventing and solving homelessness through a collective-impact approach. The campaign brings together service providers, regional coordinating bodies, people with lived experience, advocates, community partners, and policymakers to strengthen homelessness response systems, expand access to housing, and advance policies that support safe, stable homes. Learn more through the CT CAN End Homelessness campaign.
Its collaborative work includes state and federal advocacy, youth and young adult homelessness initiatives, coordinated entry and outreach, and strategies to improve pathways from homelessness to permanent housing. The Coalition also provides training and technical assistance, with resources that include a learning management system, a statewide diversion guide, and a training and events calendar.
