Cross Roads House Inc

Cross Roads House is a nonprofit emergency and transitional shelter serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. Founded in 1982, the Portsmouth organization focuses on meeting immediate needs while helping people work toward stable, permanent housing.

Residents have access to supportive services that address critical needs and housing barriers. Case managers help residents set goals, develop plans, connect with community providers and partner agencies, and pursue housing opportunities. Cross Roads House’s mission centers on safety, dignity, belonging, and well-being for people affected by homelessness.
